Campbell Learning Center (CLC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing students of all ages with quality Fine Arts instruction in the Greater Houston area. With over 12 years of service, CLC has been a staple in the community, offering private and group lessons, workshops, performances, and courses in various disciplines, including music and language education. We believe that learning to play an instrument or speak a new language builds confidence, develops coordination and reasoning abilities, teaches life skills such as perseverance and time-management, and is extremely rewarding and enjoyable. Our mission is to make quality fine arts education accessible to students of all ages and ability in the Houston area through comprehensive and life-long learning.

Our Faculty

Our faculty is comprised of experienced and committed educators who are passionate about teaching and inspiring their students. Our team includes highly qualified musicians and language instructors who are dedicated to helping students achieve their individual and standardized goals set forth by local and international benchmarks. We take great pride in fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment where students can work together and develop mutual respect and empathy.

One of our esteemed music faculty members is Shu-Peng Wang, a pianist with a diverse background in music and science. Shu-Peng has participated in numerous competitions, including the Tainan City Student Music Competition, the Taipei City Student Music Competition, and the Great Composers Competition, where he was awarded "Best Prokofiev Performance" in 2019. With a Bachelor's degree in Science from National Taiwan University and a Master's degree in Piano Performance at Boston University, Shu-Peng is currently pursuing his Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance program at the University of Houston, studying with Dr. Tali Morgulis.

Our Programs

At CLC, we offer a wide range of programs in music and language education. Our music programs include private and group lessons in piano, violin, harp, voice, guitar, cello, clarinet, flute, theory, and composition. We also offer ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) exams, competitions, workshops, performances, and festivals for students to participate in regularly. Our language programs include language proficiency exams and conversation classes in various languages.

Our unique programs and curriculum are designed to cater to students of all ages and abilities. We understand that every student has different learning styles and goals, which is why we offer personalized and flexible lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and interests. Our programs are also aligned with local and international standards, ensuring that our students receive quality education and are well-prepared for future endeavors.
