Contact us for a free meet & greet. After key exchange and portal registration, complete pet information and sign our agreement form to schedule services immediately.
How do I make payments?
We bill monthly through Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Payment occurs after service delivery with transparent invoicing through our secure payment platforms.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, all team members maintain active insurance and bonding through PetCare Insurance for comprehensive service protection and client peace of mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
