Our business was born out of a personal need to find a safe and comfortable space for my own dog, Wellington, and has since then grown into a thriving business that has become a second home for countless pets.

About the Owner

Valerie, the owner of Valerie's Pet Service, is a dedicated animal lover who has always had a natural affinity for pets. When she got Wellington, she realized that there was a lack of high-quality pet care facilities in Chicago. This led her to create a place that operated at her exacting standards, and Valerie's Pet Service was born. With over two decades of experience in the pet care industry, Valerie has honed her skills and knowledge, providing the best possible care for all the pets that come through her doors.
