Our mission is to provide individualized occupational, physical & speech therapy services that aim to unlock your child's hidden potential, overcome developmental delays, improve functional performance, and achieve independence. Our History
Founded in 2008, DOTS for Kids has been serving the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area with pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy services. Our team of highly experienced therapists is dedicated to providing individualized care that addresses the unique needs of each child. Our clinic is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art Sensory Integration gym, and we also offer school-based services for the students of Vanguard Preparatory School.
Our Services
We provide a wide range of pediatric therapy services, including:
Pediatric Occupational Therapy: Our occupational therapists work with children to develop the skills needed for daily living, such as dressing, feeding, and using the bathroom. We also help children with fine motor skills, handwriting, and sensory integration.
Pediatric Physical Therapy: Our physical therapists work with children to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion. We focus on developing gross motor skills, such as crawling, walking, and running.
Pediatric Speech Therapy: Our speech-language pathologists work with children to improve communication skills, including speech, language, and literacy. We help children develop social skills, articulate sounds, and understand written and spoken language.
Sensory Integration Therapy: Our therapists use sensory integration techniques to help children process and integrate sensory information from their environment. This can help children with sensory processing disorder, autism, and other neurological disorders.
Talking Together Speech Group: We offer group speech therapy sessions for children with similar communication goals. This format provides a fun and interactive way for children to practice communication skills.
Summer Groups 2024: We are excited to announce our summer group therapy sessions for children ages 3-12. Our groups are designed to provide socialization, communication, and play-based therapy in a fun and engaging environment.
Insurance Accepted
We understand that access to your insurance benefits is an essential component of your child's care. We are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield and accept private insurance and Texas Medicaid. We also accept out-of-network insurance and offer a discount for self-pay patients.
