Our Mission
At Jerrica Danhoff Psychotherapy, our mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for highly sensitive people, introverts, perfectionists, and strong inner-critics to explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. We believe that you, as an individual, are unique and deserving of acceptance and understanding. Our goal is to help you tame your strong inner-critic, embrace your natural strengths, and be authentically you in the world.
Our Services
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I offer online therapy services specifically designed for highly sensitive people (HSP) living in San Francisco, Oakland, and California. My therapeutic approach is tailored to help you understand and appreciate your sensitivity as a strength, rather than a weakness. Through our work together, you'll learn to set healthy boundaries, develop self-compassion, and cultivate meaningful relationships.
In addition to HSP therapy, I am also trained to provide brainspotting and ecotherapy services. Brainspotting is a groundbreaking therapy modality designed to treat individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, and trauma. Ecotherapy, on the other hand, involves immersing ourselves in nature to overcome stress, overwhelm, and anxiety.
