Anxiety Therapy
Our anxiety specialists use evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness techniques to address generalized anxiety, panic disorders, and phobias. We help clients understand anxiety's physiological and cognitive components while developing personalized coping strategies. Treatment focuses on breaking negative thought patterns, managing physical symptoms, and restoring daily functioning through both individual and family-inclusive sessions.
Child Counseling
Specialized treatment for children aged 3-12 using play therapy, art therapy, and behavioral interventions. Our clinicians address emotional regulation, developmental delays, and trauma impacts while involving parents in the healing process. Sessions incorporate creative modalities to help young clients express feelings nonverbally and develop healthy coping mechanisms in a safe environment.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma-informed care utilizing EMDR, somatic therapy, and cognitive processing techniques to treat acute and complex trauma. We address both 'Big T' traumas like accidents and 'little t' traumas such as emotional abuse. Treatment focuses on nervous system regulation, memory processing, and rebuilding trust through gradual exposure and stabilization techniques tailored to each client's readiness.
First Responder Counseling
Specialized mental health services for police, firefighters, EMTs, and military veterans dealing with occupational trauma. Our clinicians understand responder culture and use targeted interventions for PTSD, vicarious trauma, and operational stress injuries. Treatment emphasizes resilience building, peer support integration, and maintaining professional effectiveness while managing trauma symptoms.
Depression Treatment
Comprehensive depression management combining behavioral activation, cognitive restructuring, and interpersonal therapy. We address both situational and clinical depression through symptom tracking, activity scheduling, and identifying negative thought patterns.
