Our founder, Jeffrey M. Troutman, LCSW, MAC, is an Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a national certification as a Master Addiction Counselor. With a Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family studies from the University of Utah, Jeffrey has specialized in treating individuals and couples struggling with relationship problems, anxiety, and depression over the past 18 years.

We believe that the therapeutic relationship is the key to effective treatment outcomes. Our goal is to help individuals and couples develop effective coping skills to experience fulfilling relationships and achieve peace in their lives. We utilize evidence-based treatment interventions for prevalent issues such as PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and adjustment to living with chronic illness, as well as therapy focused on enhancing relationships.

Fee for Services and Insurance

We are contracted with the following insurance companies:

Aetna
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna
United Health Care

For other insurance companies, we are considered an "out of network" provider. We will provide you with the appropriate paperwork to submit to your insurance company or FSA for reimbursement for out-of-network services at your request. Out-of-network status claims are often reimbursed 50-100%.

Our session and other fees are as follows:

Insurance billed for therapy session and patient to pay co-payment/coinsurance at time of service
$60 for No Show or Missed appointments with less than 24-hour notice
Discount rate of $125 for cash private pay without insurance at time of service
