Take the First Step Towards a Brighter You

Welcome to our practice, where we are dedicated to helping individuals living in Manhattan (NYC) overcome anxiety, improve self-confidence, and build successful relationships. We understand that life in the city can be stressful, and that anxiety and insecurity often get in the way of finding love and happiness. That's why we have devoted our lives to helping people overcome these challenges using personal experience, the best available science, and practices.

Our Services

We offer psychotherapy services tailored to meet your specific needs. Our services are designed to help you manage anxiety, improve self-confidence, and build successful relationships. Here are some of the issues we can help you address:

  • Social anxiety
  • Excessive worry
  • Self-esteem
  • Dating and relationships
  • Microaggressions and resilience

We believe that anxiety shouldn't keep you from finding love and happiness. That's why we make it easy for you to access our services. You don't have to worry about playing phone tag or wondering if we'll call you back. We respect your time, and we're committed to providing you with the best possible care.

Our Approach

We believe that therapy should be collaborative, direct, and conversational. Our approach is grounded in the best available scientific evidence, but we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. We work with you to develop an action plan, and we help you push toward your goals when you're ready to go deeper. We also help you slow down when you need more time to process.

At our practice, we believe that ally-ship is essential. We work from a decolonial, intersectional perspective, and we are committed to addressing racial injustice at the community and public policy levels. As an educator and supervisor, we are actively involved in recruiting and training a diverse body of future psychologists. We are committed to caring for all members of our community, especially Black identified, gender non-conforming and sexual minority peoples.

We also believe that therapy should be accessible and affordable. That's why we offer a range of fees and insurance options, and we work with you to find a solution that fits your budget.
