Anxiety Treatment
Our evidence-based anxiety treatment combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Play Therapy to help clients understand anxiety's roots and develop effective coping strategies. We specialize in treating separation anxiety, generalized anxiety, OCD, and social phobias in children, teens, and adults. By calming the brain's fight-or-flight response through targeted interventions, we help clients build healthier thought patterns while incorporating complementary practices like meditation and creative activities to promote lasting recovery.
Depression Treatment
We treat depression using integrated approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused interventions. Our clinicians address adjustment disorders, major depressive disorder, and dysthymia by improving emotional regulation, enhancing neurochemical balance, and developing personalized coping strategies. Through regular skill practice and reinforcement of existing positive habits like exercise and creative expression, we support clients in overcoming persistent negative thinking patterns while emphasizing early intervention benefits for youth to improve long-term outcomes.
Child Counseling
Our child specialists provide developmentally appropriate counseling for infants through teens, using play therapy and trauma-informed approaches to address behavioral changes, emotional distress, and social challenges. We focus on building foundational coping skills while working closely with caregivers to improve family communication. Evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and client-centered care help young clients express themselves effectively, with special attention to trauma's impact on brain development and the importance of early intervention for lifelong emotional health.
Couples Therapy
We help couples strengthen relationships through improved communication, conflict resolution, and emotional reconnection. Our therapists address recurring patterns, facilitate trust rebuilding after infidelity, and teach empathy-based communication techniques. Sessions focus on enhancing both emotional and physical intimacy while creating safe spaces for honest dialogue. We support couples navigating life transitions, parenting challenges, and relationship crises, with a commitment to creating personalized treatment plans that respect each couple's unique dynamics and goals.
Teen Counseling
Our teen specialists address mood swings, social pressures, and identity development through trauma-informed interventions tailored to adolescent brain development. We employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused approaches to help teens navigate hormonal changes, academic stressors, and relationship turmoil while maintaining family involvement.
