As a licensed clinical psychologist, I, Dr. Sharon Freedman, have dedicated my career to helping people overcome their struggles and restore balance to their lives.

Our practice combines Eastern and Western approaches to therapy, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and evidence-based practices. We believe that each individual is unique, and we take the time to understand their specific needs and circumstances. Our therapeutic approaches include:

- Life Force Yoga (Level 1 Certified) for promoting physical and emotional well-being

My Background and Experience
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have over 25 years of experience in the field. I earned my graduate degree from the Adelphi University's Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies and Cornell University. My graduate school training was psychoanalytic in nature, and I have continued to expand my knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.

Throughout my life, I have been drawn to spiritual and shamanic practices, which have helped me cultivate a deeper connection to myself and the natural world. As a musician and composer, I believe that music can be a powerful tool for healing and personal growth.
