We are delighted to welcome you to Shuharikan Aikido, a community dedicated to the practice and promotion of Aikido, a martial art that embodies the principles of harmony and balance. Our dojo is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals of all ages, genders, and skill levels can train together and learn from each other.
Our Classes
At Shuharikan Aikido, we offer regular classes for both adults and teens, providing a comprehensive and well-rounded training experience that focuses on the physical, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of the art. Our classes consist of preliminary exercises, paired exercises with a partner, and work with the bokken (wooden sword) and jo (wooden staff). Our curriculum includes a variety of throws, locks, and pins, designed to enhance your martial art skills, mental discipline, and overall physical fitness.
We believe that training in Aikido is a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement, and we are committed to helping you achieve your goals, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Our adult and teen class rate is $50.00 for monthly training, with prorated fees for the number of remaining classes and a family discount for additional family members.
