Our story began in 1979, when our founder, Janet Rosing, opened the doors to her bakery with a passion for creating the finest, all-natural desserts. Our bakery has since grown to become a leading wholesale supplier of gourmet desserts to restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, and other food service businesses throughout the Chicagoland area.

Our primary business is wholesale, and we supply gourmet desserts to food service businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. We also cater to private label clients who rely on us to develop and create their custom baked goods.

Retail Service
In addition to our wholesale business, we also welcome individual customers to our bakery, located in the West Rogers Park neighborhood. Our bakery is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. We offer a daily selection of fresh-baked goods, including cakes, cookies, and pastries. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always happy to help you pick out the perfect treat or recommend a new favorite dessert.
