Our Services
At Defloured, we offer a variety of services to meet your gluten-free baking needs. Here's what we provide:
- Weekly Menu Items: Our menu changes weekly, and we always have a variety of take-and-bake items available for you to stock your freezer. From pot pies to scones to cookies, we have something for everyone.
- Cake Orders & Specialty Items: We specialize in custom cake orders for all occasions, from birthdays to weddings. We ask for 7-10 days' notice for cake orders, and 10-14 days' notice for cake pops. We also offer other specialty items, so please contact us for any requests.
- Advanced Orders: If you'd like to place an advanced order for treats, please email us directly at least 48 hours in advance. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.
- E-Gift Cards: Want to gift a friend some treats or support Defloured while we cannot be together? You can purchase an e-gift card through Square.

Our baker/owner, Johanna, is self-taught and deeply believes that everyone has the right to dessert. She has a very large sweet tooth and a passion for providing goodies that were once seen as something gluten-intolerant individuals may have to go without. She spends the time to make every one of her products so that you'd never know they were gluten-free. Baking is her way of sharing love, and she is excited about sharing Defloured with you.
