Our halotherapy sessions, also known as dry salt therapy, are designed to promote respiratory health, skin health, and overall wellness.

Before Your Massage
Before your massage, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and get settled in. We also ask that you silence your phone and refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our clients.
