Experience the Tradition, Taste the Excellence
Our Winemaking Philosophy
At Klinker Brick Winery, we are proud to be a part of the rich history of winemaking in the Lodi region. Our winemaking philosophy is rooted in a deep respect for the land, the vines, and the tradition of cultivating "Old Vine" Zinfandel. We believe that great wine begins with a suitable climate and soil, and we are fortunate to have found a utopic environment in Lodi. Our goal is to craft wines that are true reflections of the region's terroir, with balanced acidity, rich flavor, and a sense of heritage.
Our Old Vine Vineyards
We are dedicated to preserving the old vineyards that have been in our family for generations. Our Old Vine Vineyards are a testament to the region's winemaking heritage, with vines that have been carefully tended and rejuvenated to produce grapes of exceptional quality. Our focus on sustainable farming practices ensures that our vines are healthy, our soil is rich and fertile, and our wine is truly representative of the region's rich history.
Wine Production
Our winemaking team, led by Barry Gnekow, is committed to producing wines that showcase the unique characteristics of our Old Vine Vineyards. We use traditional winemaking techniques, combined with modern technology and expertise, to craft wines that are truly exceptional. From the initial sorting of the grapes to the final blending and bottling of the wine, we are dedicated to ensuring that every bottle that leaves our winery meets our high standards of quality.
