Conflict of Interest and Neglectful Management
Francis, a condo owner, had a terrible experience with Greg Poverelli from Harlem Property Management (HPM). He accused Poverelli of being unprofessional, negligent, and fraudulent. Francis claimed that Poverelli had conflicts of interest, worked with corrupt boards, and failed to comply with state laws, bylaws, and condo acts. He also alleged that Poverelli was evasive and rude, and that his crew was incompetent. Francis warned others not to trust HPM or its team.
