Standard Operating Procedures

At Union Square Property Management, we're committed to transparency and fairness in all that we do. That's why we have established standard operating procedures for our clients to follow. These procedures include:

(i) Prospective clients are not required to show identification. Prospective clients, who wish to apply for an apartment, may be required to provide a copy of their ID for the application process.

(ii) No exclusive broker agreement is required to work with us. However, an exclusive agreement may be signed for specific apartments during the application or viewing process.

(iii) For residential sales, pre-approval for a mortgage loan may be required and it is strongly encouraged.
