Hot Yoga Louisville is Louisville's original hot yoga studio, offering the best Hot 26 (also known as Bikram) and Vinyasa classes daily. Our Studio

Our studio is a welcoming and accepting space for all abilities, shapes, and sizes. We offer a wide variety of classes, including lower heat Yin and restorative classes, and our rates and packages are reasonably priced. Our staff and instructors are professional and knowledgeable, and our facilities are clean, bright, and perfectly suited for a range of classes.
Our Classes
We offer both Hot26-style and Vinyasa-style classes, and we have a class for every level. Our Hot 26 Beats classes are led by a teacher in a "follow the leader" format, which we do not recommend for first-time students. For those new to yoga, we recommend our signature Hot 26 Instructed Yoga Class and any Vinyasa Yoga Class. Our schedule is designed to make our most popular class times accessible to both newbies and veterans.
Preparing for Class
If you are new to our studio, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a waiver form and check in with our knowledgeable front desk staff. We recommend eating only a light meal at least three hours prior to class and drinking plenty of water the day of class. Don't forget to bring a yoga mat, two bath size towels, and plenty of water. We rent and sell mats and towels, as well as slip-resistant Yogitoes.
