As a comprehensive wellness center, we offer a wide range of services, including life and mental health coaching, nutrition and wellness consultations, yoga and meditation classes, and mindfulness-based stress reduction programs. Our Expert Team

Our team is led by Basia Toczek, ND, Ed. D, M.A., FNTP, E-RYT-200, a Doctor of Natural Health and a Certified Neurofeedback Trainer. Basia is a dynamic wellness educator with over a decade of experience in mental health, life coaching, wellness education, yoga, and mindfulness-based therapies. She is a certified life coach, natural health professional, and Tibetan bowl sound therapist, and has received training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with a concentration in mind-body medicine.

In addition to her work with clients, Basia teaches various yoga classes, mindfulness-based stress reduction programs, nutrition classes, and wellness workshops at local colleges, health centers, corporations, and yoga studios. She is an adjunct professor, teaching psychology, research, and statistics courses, and is passionate about bridging the gap between theory and practice.
