Overall Experience
The reviews highlight a mix of positive and negative experiences at the educational institution. The majority of the reviews are positive, with two out of three reviewers giving the institution a perfect score of 5 stars.
Positive Reviews
The reviewers, Cristina Newton and Aiden Smith, praise the staff and the curriculum, stating that their children are thriving and learning a lot. Cristina specifically mentions that she loves all the staff, while Aiden notes that the curriculum is great and worth the investment.
Negative Review
However, Jen McCarty's review highlights a significantly negative experience. She enrolled her toddlers in a fall program four months in advance, but later decided that the schedule wouldn't work for her and canceled her enrollment five days before the start date. Despite this, the director refused to refund her $400 deposit or even a partial refund. Jen describes the experience as "so unethical" and felt "ripped off" by the institution.
