The Reality of Rental Experiences with Realty Medics
Realty Medics, a real estate company, has received a range of reviews from dissatisfied customers. Some have had poor experiences with the company, while others have had positive experiences.
Red Flags
Some red flags have been raised about Realty Medics. Richmondik, a reviewer, claims that the company will rent houses with black mold, broken appliances, and other inconveniences and then charge tenants full price without providing adequate maintenance or repair services. Similarly, Eikeshia Rosenberg, another reviewer, describes having to pay out of pocket for repairs and dealing with slow response times for maintenance requests.
Poor Communication and Maintenance
