Problems with ATMs and Services
Meritrust Credit Union seems to have issues with their ATMs, as reported by Maleeka Sumpter. She had an incident where the ATM jammed and kept her money, taking over 90 days to resolve the issue. Despite providing video evidence, the credit union took their time to return her money.

The employees at Prairie Village branch, particularly Irene, are praised for their helpfulness and professionalism. However, the overall handling of the case by the credit union received a low rating.

Mr. Williams expresses frustration with Credit Union of America, stating that they deleted his existing line of credit to increase his limit, which hurt his credit score. Vanna Mccorgary's husband experienced issues with his card being flagged for fraud and difficulty in resolving the issue. Steven Woodin had money stolen from him and claims that the credit union is trying to do it again.
