Our Story
Our culinary journey began with Pa Zhang, Chi's father, who has been cooking Chinese dishes in America since 1985. With a focus on using only the freshest ingredients, Pa Zhang uses no MSG, light oil, light salt, and sugar content in all of our sauces. Most of our dishes can be served gluten-free, ensuring that everyone can enjoy our culinary creations.
