Poor Experience with Check-in and Check-out Process

According to some reviewers, it takes an excessively long time to complete these tasks, with author Sam Abar stating it took him 2 hours and 20 minutes to get checked in. Additionally, the staff seems to be busy with their personal phone usage, leaving customers to wait.
Unreliable and Unhelpful Company
