Founded by entrepreneur Gary Rack, our group has established a reputation for delivering complete management and operations services in South Florida, with a growing portfolio of restaurants that showcase our commitment to excellence. We work with clients who share our dedication to creating spectacular guest experiences, and our team is led by expert executive chef, Demetrio Zavala, who brings a wealth of culinary expertise to our kitchens.

From our FarmHouse concept, which serves up farm-to-table cuisine using locally sourced ingredients, to RACK'S FISH HOUSE, where we showcase the freshest South Florida seafood, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional eats and fun vibes.

Our Team

Meet Gary Rack, our founder and owner, who is passionate about creating spaces where families can come together and enjoy exceptional food and wine. And meet Demetrio Zavala, our Director of Culinary, who brings his expertise from the Food Network and various TV cooking shows to our kitchens, focusing on farm-to-table cuisine and even growing his own vegetables for our award-winning recipes.
