Our Story
Established in 2009, Mizuta & Associates Physical Therapy began as an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mission Valley, San Diego. In 2017, we expanded our services to include on-site orthopedic care, bringing our expertise directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes, offices, parks, or gyms. Our business model is built on providing accessible, one-on-one care delivered only by certified physical therapists.

Our team of licensed physical therapists is led by Dr. Ericka Craft Mizuta, DPT, owner and physical therapist. Dr. Mizuta has worked in outpatient orthopedic care since 2003 and has established a practice founded upon excellent patient care and personalized treatment. Our team is dedicated to delivering evidence-based physical therapy with hands-on care that rehabilitates clients faster than traditional PT.
