Our chef and co-owner, Nahid, is a trained professional with over 20 years of experience in the culinary world. She has honed her skills in a culinary school in Bangladesh and has a deep understanding of the spices and techniques that make Bengali cuisine so unique.

Our Story

Nahid's passion for cooking started many years ago, when she would share her favorite family recipes with her loved ones. As time went on, her passion grew, and she began to experiment with new ingredients and techniques, taking inspiration from her Bangladeshi and Kolkata heritage. Her dishes quickly gained popularity among her community, and soon, word of mouth spread about her mouth-watering creations.
