Staff and Customer Service
The staff at CIFCU, including Patrick and Angie, are praised for their excellence and helpfulness. However, the CEO, Karen, is criticized for her rude and unprofessional behavior towards customers.
Services and Programs
CIFCU offers good programs, but it is mentioned that the credit union is declining in membership over the years. The reviewer also stated that they do not offer mortgage loans and instead referred the customer to another credit union.
Customer Experience
