Inadequate Communication
The most significant issue mentioned in the reviews is inadequate communication. Another customer, Manuel Ramirez, had poor experiences with customer service, stating that it is one of the worst they've found.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, many customers have had positive experiences with this institution. Some have praised the friendly and helpful staff, easy loan processes, and excellent service. Customers like Kerry Morrow, Cindy Hunt, Maggie Lopez, and Joe Dominguez have all mentioned that they have had no problems with their accounts and have appreciated the ease of using the institution's services.
Inconsistencies
Some customers have mentioned inconsistencies in the service they received. According to Dean Teeter, the institution makes promises it can't keep, and mobile deposits can take several days to be processed. Miss Henriquez's behavior as mentioned by Constance Duncan has also raised concerns.
