Therapy Services
We specialize in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Trauma/PTSD, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Our therapy services include individual therapy, intensive treatment, group therapy, and online learning. We accept area insurances and offer a sliding scale for individuals whose insurance we do not take.
Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy services include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and mood dysregulation, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for Trauma/PTSD.
Intensive Treatment
Our intensive therapy program is designed for individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) who would like treatment in an expedited format.
Group Therapy
We offer group therapy as a cost-efficient way to gain support and learn skills to target specific difficulties. Our group therapy services include OCD and DBT groups.
Online Learning
We offer online courses through our online school, where anyone can learn about Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and ways to fight it. Our courses include OCD: The Basics and OCD: Help For Loved Ones.
Diagnostic Assessment
We offer comprehensive psychological assessment services to help individuals understand their conditions and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to their needs.
Costs & Payment Options
We accept area insurances and offer a sliding scale for individuals whose insurance we do not take. We also offer self-pay options and accept FSA (flexible spending account) and HSA (health savings account) payments.
