Communication and Technology

At Trion Real Estate Management, we prioritize communication and technology to provide the best possible service to our clients. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm, and we return non-emergency calls within one business day. Payments, maintenance requests, and applications can be processed through the Trion website. We provide a 24/7 emergency service line that contacts the super and manager immediately. Board members or owners have direct contact with the President of Trion. Your manager will be on-site a minimum of once a week.

We use the industry-leading property management software, Yardi, and are experienced with modern technology for boiler systems, camera surveillance, and resident communication. We are fully insured, carry Cyber Security insurance, and use the industry-leading property management software.

We offer Trion bulk purchasing vendor discounts to all clients and have a dedicated department that specializes in Leasing, Sales, and Sublets. Our board and owners receive preferred insurance rates through the Trion Insurance Program. We provide a 3-Month Guarantee: if we don't lower your operating expenses in three months, then all fees paid will be returned 100%.
