Our vision is a community where mental health services are accessible to all, fostering a healthier and more vibrant society.

What We Do

The Community Mental Health Fund (CMHF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting mental healthcare access, equity, and quality in Jackson County, Missouri. We achieve this through:

1. Funding & Resource Allocation

• Providing funding to mental health agencies
• Connecting individuals to appropriate services
• Supporting system-wide improvements through data collection and evaluation

Since our inception, CMHF has invested millions of dollars in local mental health services, supporting over 50 agencies and serving thousands of clients. We have also played a key role in:
