Avonlea Highlands and Avonlea Westside
The Avonlea community has received mixed reviews from residents. On one hand, some residents have expressed their satisfaction with the management and staff. For instance, Abstract Thinker praised the management staff, particularly Kathy, who was cooperative and responsive to their needs.
On the other hand, some residents have reported negative experiences. Jasmine Star criticized the corporation's lack of action on negative reviews, specifically mentioning Avonlea Highlands. Virtual Assistant-Paralegal shared a disappointing experience with the refund of their rental deposit.
Staff Performance
Some residents have spoken highly of the maintenance staff, particularly Hector and Tito, who were commended for their efficiency, reliability, and friendliness.
