We care for dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas, hamsters, mice, rats, turtles, lizards, reptiles, and amphibians.
Will the same pet sitter visit my home each time?
Yes, you'll meet your dedicated pet sitter during the complimentary Meet & Greet, who will handle all your visits unless an emergency requires substitution.
What services are included in standard visits?
Visits include walks, playtime, feeding, fresh water, waste cleanup, medication administration, plant watering, mail retrieval, and lighting adjustments.
How do you communicate pet updates?
You'll receive detailed pet care journals through our portal after each visit, including activity reports, feeding records, and photos of your pet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, PayPal, and Venmo payments. Full payment is due before service begins or at the first visit for cash/check payments.
