Our service is tailored to your pet's unique needs. We offer a complimentary consultation where one of our staff sitters will visit your home before service begins to meet you and your pets, gather detailed information about caring for them, and review security measures for your home. While you are away, your pet's designated sitter will walk, exercise, and play with your pets, administer medication if needed, transport them to a veterinarian in case of illness, and provide regular email or text updates to keep you informed.

Additionally, while we care for your pets, we are happy to perform various tasks around your home, such as watering your houseplants, bringing in mail or newspapers, and adjusting shades, draperies, and lighting. If long work hours result in your pet being left alone for extended periods, we offer daily midday visits during the work week to ensure your pet receives the necessary physical and mental stimulation they need.

Our daily visits during the day can help ensure success with your pup's crate training program, provide them with the necessary exercise and socialization, and offer an afternoon meal or snack if requested.
