At Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of North Austin, we are a world-class taekwondo, physical fitness, and child care facility serving North Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and surrounding communities. For over 20 years, we have taught martial arts, life skills, and self-defense lessons to students of all ages. It appears that the facility has varied results based on individual experiences. Some customers have had negative interactions, while others have had positive experiences.
Negative Experience
Barbiy Vain-Hill shares a negative experience where she contacted the facility about their afterschool program. She was initially told that they had a great program and a bus pickup service, but when she went to pick up registration packages, the staff member she spoke with was extremely rude. The staff member did not introduce herself and seemed to personalize the interaction based on Barbiy's skin color, exhibiting poor professionalism.
Positive Experience
Lukas Johnson, on the other hand, had a positive experience with the facility. He praises the instructors for being great with kids and for creating a fun and engaging learning environment. The facility allows students to advance at their own pace and offers opportunities for students to expand beyond traditional martial arts forms.
