Both reviewers, Rayona Bs and Tony Mayo, express their disappointment and frustration with the recruitment services they received. They highlight unprofessional behavior, lack of transparency, and inconsistent treatment.
Unprofessionalism and Miscommunication
Rayona Bs states that the recruitment team wasted her time by negotiating her salary and not following through on their commitments. This lack of professionalism is a major concern for her. Similarly, Tony Mayo was unhappy with the way his placement was handled. He was contacted about a position, agreed on a rate, only to have the client put the position on "hold" the next day. This erratic behavior raises his suspicions.
Questionable Practices
Tony Mayo's review highlights questionable practices within the recruitment agency. He mentions that the agency has another position with the same job description for a lower rate in the same location. This "bait and switch" tactic leaves a bad taste in his mouth and makes him wonder about the agency's integrity.
