Billed Issues and Dissatisfaction
Several reviewers expressed frustration and disappointment with the billing and payment process at Santan Counseling. One reviewer, B. Unsatisfactory Experience with a Former Counselor
Gregory Ward, however, had a negative experience with Santan Counseling. He took his daughters to see Jennifer Foote, but after three sessions, she quit her job, and the practice was unable to find another counselor to replace her. This experience led him to feel that his time had been wasted.
