Our Team

Our team of therapists is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health services. We believe in the power of collaboration and work closely with our clients to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific goals and requirements.

Lisa Barras, LPC LISAC CCTP, is a certified EMDR counselor and Approved Consultant through EMDRIA. She has spent her career focusing on helping others manage their symptoms of distress and trauma. Lisa utilizes a combination of EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, DBT, MI, and CBT to help you move forward and overcome difficult life experiences.

Amanda Monaghan, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Her goal is to guide each client utilizing an individualized treatment plan to assist in reaching their goals. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including EMDR, CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), DBT, and MI.

Both Lisa and Amanda are dedicated to fostering a safe and positive environment for clients to reach their desired outcomes. They are passionate about encouraging others to work towards healing and having love for oneself.
