Our Founder and Chairman

Jeffrey E. Levine, the founder and chairman of The Douglaston Companies, including Douglaston Development, Levine Builders, and Clinton Management, is a visionary leader with a long history of innovation and philanthropy. With over four decades of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Levine has directed the new construction or rehabilitation of thousands of residential units, including affordable and market-rate housing, student housing, hotels, senior living, healthcare facilities, and millions of square feet of commercial, retail, and institutional spaces.

Under Mr. Levine's leadership, our company has developed many notable properties, including the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn, which features over 2,000 residential units, 60,000 square feet of retail space, and a water taxi pier. He has also been recognized for his numerous philanthropic efforts, including his work with the Jewish National Fund and his involvement in the development of affordable housing initiatives.

Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who share Mr. Levine's vision for excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Our CEO, Ryan O'Connor, has a proven track record in property management and has led Clinton Management since 2019. Mr. O'Connor prioritizes customer service and leverages cutting-edge technology to optimize company performance.

Our VP of Operations, Priscilla Rukaj, oversees operations for our market-rate and affordable portfolios, ensuring resident satisfaction and proper maintenance of all properties. Our VP of Facilities, Ron Luft, is responsible for facilities, contracts, energy purchasing, and purchasing across our building portfolio. Our Chief Financial Officer, Eileen Logan, is responsible for corporate financial operations and oversees day-to-day accounting functions.
