Our Services
We offer a full continuum of mental health services, including clinical care, peer programs, housing, and more. Our programs are designed to meet the individual needs and goals of each participant, whether it's developing vocational and social skills, setting and pursuing wellness goals, or connecting with a community.
Clinical Care
Our clinical care services provide individualized treatment plans, drawn up in collaboration with our participants. We believe that everyone has a unique journey to wellness, and our outpatient clinics and residential treatment facilities are equipped to support each participant's specific needs.
Peer Programs
Our peer programs are staffed by people who have experienced trauma or mental health concerns themselves, providing a sense of camaraderie and understanding. These programs focus on building vocational and social skills, setting and pursuing wellness goals, connecting with a community, and taking steps toward a fulfilling life.
Housing
We offer a range of housing options, from permanent supportive housing to independent housing sites, and partner with local property owners to provide additional housing options. Our participants work with us to determine the level of support needed, allowing them to live as independently as possible.
About Us
We specialize in working with adults (18 and over) who are at risk of falling through the cracks in our society and remaining in a cycle of poverty and untreated mental health conditions. We work to interrupt this cycle, addressing complex needs and supporting participants as they strive for recovery and stability.
