If an eviction becomes necessary, we contract the entire process, with our fees being straightforward and simple with no hidden charges. Our lease-up fee is 50% of the first full month's rent at lease-up, and our monthly fee is 10% of the gross monthly income, with a minimum of $500. We do not charge until your property is leased.
