Property Management Experience
Kathy Jenkins has a reputation for being a reliable and knowledgeable property manager, according to Sam Hain's 4-star review. He has worked with her for several years and has had a positive experience, recommending her to friends and family. On the other hand, Mark SanGiacomo had a completely different experience, rating Kathy's company 1 star. He described it as one of the worst experiences he's had, struggling to get a response to his rental application despite repeated follow-ups over two weeks.
