Partners Management and HOA issues
The reviews of Partners Management and the HOA (Homeowners Association) at the Preserve at Killian Hill are mixed, with some tenants and homeowners expressing satisfaction with the service, while others are extremely dissatisfied.
Timely service and respect
One reviewer, Michelle Lackey, rates their experience with Partners Management as 4 stars. She mentions that they are a stickler for being on time with rent, which is reasonable. She also appreciates that they respond quickly to maintenance issues and are willing to work with tenants to resolve problems.
