The Martial Arts Institute

Located in the heart of Massapequa, the Martial Arts Institute has been serving Massapequa and the surrounding community for over 30 years. Our modern, 3500 square foot, air-conditioned training facility features state-of-the-art safety equipment, a fully-equipped weight room, changing facilities for male and female students, and a lobby/seating area for parents to observe classes in progress. Our Services

We offer a wide range of programs and services, including Children's Classes, Adult Classes, Private Lessons, V.I.P. Program, Birthday Parties, Leadership Program, and Personal Protection Programs. Our Children's Classes feature separate classes for belt ranks, safety programs like Bully Defense and Abduction Prevention, and nutrition classes. We also offer classes in Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and special family packages.

Sensei Anthony Arango

Bringing over 40 years of Martial Arts experience to every class, Sensei Arango personally teaches and promotes every student at his school! His passion, purpose, and drive must be experienced. The Arango Karate Championship
