Founded in 2019, our practice is built on the principles of providing quality clinical care, supporting our clients in working through areas of challenge, identifying active goals, navigating problematic patterns, and moving towards their best life.

Our team of experienced and licensed clinicians has a wide range of experience, trainings, licensures, and certifications, allowing us to utilize a strength-based approach to meet our clients where they are and tailor our services to their unique needs. We honor and value the strength, hope, and determination that is inherent to the therapeutic process of change, and it is a privilege to be able to support our clients as they work towards their personal vision.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support our clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being. Our services include individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as consultation services, supervision, life coaching, OT consultation, assessments, and customized support. We also provide educational advocacy, understanding clinical reports, and navigating DCF and DMH services.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have transitioned our services to a digital platform to ensure ongoing care for our current and potential clients. We recognize the impact this has on mental health, and we are committed to providing support and guidance during this challenging time.
