At Lott Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to our community. Our team of experienced providers is committed to offering personalized care and treatment for a variety of conditions, including anxiety, addiction, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, postpartum depression, and other mental health issues. We believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for our patients to address their mental health needs.

Our providers are well-trained and offer extensive experience in treating psychiatric conditions. Dr. David Lott, a board-certified and licensed physician, has been treating patients with addiction and other mental health problems for over 15 years. He previously served as the Medical Director of Addiction Services at Linden Oaks Hospital at Edward-Elmhurst Healthcare in Naperville, IL, and is a faculty member at the University of Illinois College of Medicine (Chicago campus). Dr. Lott advocates for improved research, treatment access, and community education.

Sarah Masri, PA-C, practices include management of depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and many other conditions in both adults and adolescents. She also has specific interests in the psychiatric management of women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Sarah is a recipient of NCCPA's Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Psychiatry and received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in 2013.

Suzette Papadakis, LCPC, NCC, CGT, has worked since 1996 in the mental health and substance abuse service industry, providing mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. She has worked with a wide range of issues such as addiction and recovery, affairs, domestic violence, trauma, and parenting issues. Suzette is a Certified Gottman Therapist and has an expertise in treating couples with addiction issues. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and a Master's Degree in Human Services Counseling, graduating Magna Cum Laude from National-Louis University in Wheaton, Illinois.

Brian Sautter, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistance (NCCPA). Brian graduated summa cumlaude from the University of Illinois Chicago in engineering. He was involved in medical research at UIC and the recipient of a National Science Foundation undergraduate research fellowship. He completed his pre-medicine education at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and later obtained his Masters in PA studies from Trine University.

Judith Sheldon, PMHNP, is a board-certified and licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 25 years of experience providing exceptional, compassionate, and evidence-based care to her patients. She obtained her Associates of Science degree in nursing in 1992 from Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, IL. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2001 and her Master of Science degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013 from Olivet Nazarene University, and later received certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from University of St. Francis.

  • Ketamine and Esketamine: These treatments are designed to help manage treatment-resistant depression and other mood disorders. Our team is trained to provide these innovative treatments in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Suboxone and Vivitrol: For patients struggling with addiction, we offer medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone and Vivitrol. These medications can help manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings, allowing patients to focus on their recovery.
  • Medication Management: Our providers work closely with patients to develop a personalized medication plan that addresses their specific needs and conditions. We believe in ongoing monitoring and adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Individual Therapy: One-on-one therapy sessions provide patients with a safe space to discuss their feelings, experiences, and challenges. Our therapists are trained to help patients develop coping strategies and work through their issues.
  • Couples Counseling: For patients who are struggling in their relationships, we offer couples counseling. This service helps couples address issues such as communication, trust, and intimacy, and can be especially beneficial for those dealing with addiction or other mental health issues within their relationship.
