Our Story

At Fragapane Bakery, we're not just a bakery - we're a family tradition. For nearly 50 years, our family has been dedicated to serving the westside of Cleveland with delicious treats and exceptional service. From our humble beginnings in Bay Village in 1971 to our current locations in North Olmsted and Bay Village, we've remained committed to our core values of hard work, dedication, and a passion for delivering the best.

Our History

Our story began when brothers Nick and John Fragapane came together to make their dream a reality. They opened the doors to their first bakery in Bay Village on March 1st, 1971. Seven years later, they built the North Olmsted building and opened the doors to a new location in March of 1979. Over the years, we've expanded to additional locations in Olmsted Falls and Middleburg Heights, but today, we're proud to continue serving our communities in North Olmsted and Bay Village.
