Our founder, Kelsey, has always been fascinated by the art of baking and has spent years perfecting her craft. She has traveled to London, Paris, and New York City to learn from the best, and has put her heart and soul into creating a "sweets boutique" that offers something unique and special.

Our Story

In the summer of 2014, Kelsey signed her first commercial lease and Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes was born. It was a risk, but one that has paid off in the most delicious way. Our bakery has grown into a beloved institution in the community, where friends and family come together to celebrate life's special moments with a sweet treat.
