The story of Stone Oven begins in 1995, when passionate mechanical engineers Tatyana Rehn and John Emerman decided to pursue their dream of opening a bakery/cafe centered around traditional European breads and pastries. With a vision to bring a taste of the old world to Cleveland Heights, they opened the first Stone Oven on Lee Road.
Over the past three decades, Stone Oven has become a cherished neighborhood institution.
